It would be great to have a quick way to see all special orders needed for all suppliers. All you would need to see would be the item code, item, QTY and supplier.

You could then assess the order list and decide who you need/want to order from that day without having to run a purchase order for all suppliers and then delete the ones you don't want to order.

I'd suggest this is separate to the Purchase order screen, and you wouldn't need to be able to order from this screen. It would purely be an snapshot of what is needed at that time.
