Payouts Report

It would be really useful if you could add a total column and fees column to the Payouts report? At the moment you have to go into each Payout transaction see the total sale value and the fees - which need to be recorded seperately in our accounts.
It would also be useful if you could run a Payout report for the month (or set dates) showing all the individual transactions and associated fees rather than going into each Payout report for each day and having to export it that way.

There must be something you can do with this, I was previously requesting someone in the office at Citrus Lime to send me through an excel sheet with the months Payout Report Fees. You are deducting fees from our credit card income which NEEDS to be reflected in EVERY Citrus Limes customer accounts as its an outgoing payment. We cant have a charge with no receipt or invoice to prove what it was, its crazy that you don't provide monthly invoices or breakdowns of these charges. If we were with a 3rd party card provider we would get a breakdown of the charges every month, this should be no different, we shouldn't be having to manually calculate this. There has got to be a way of showing the monthly total for the fees or for a given time period without having to go into each day to see what the Total Fees are for that day and then add up each day manually. Please can this be looked at asap as regardless of whether people vote here it is something we all have to record in our accounts.

I am sorry but i really feel this should be given some urgency, this current report you have created takes forever to get to a monthly figure that shows what fees have been deducted from us for the month. I dont know if anyone else has this problem as well but when you click on the View Transactions to see the list of transactions and fees if there are a lot of rows it doesnt show on the full screen, Page Down or Arrow down doesnt work to get to the bottom of the rows or to see the Export Excel button, so i had to use the tab button but then it does this in the photo. This means once i exported it and came back to this screen i had to press the back button to exit this screen. this took me to the Back Office menu and i had to navigate back to the citrus pay report and the Date filters i had setup for the table were all defaulted back again, so i had to re-do that every time to get to the dates i wanted and also it defaults to 25 rows per page in the table. Very annoying when you are trying to get to a months total for charges that you have deducted from us, it really shouldnt be this much work for us or this difficult to get to find out what you have charged us - CitrusPay should be providing us with a breakdown every month and an invoice or a report that gives the ability to see by month or date range. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS

Redsky Bikes Admin: Fully agree. its taking to much time to go into each transaction line by line.

We have to request the fee report each month from Citrus Lime finance. The fees are required by our accountant. We don't need it daily, monthly is fine. We just need to be able to visibly see the fees removed from each transaction by CL at payment stage.

Whilst we cannot change the flow here, we've spent some time this morning seeing if we can improve the speed of the detail report so it loads transactions and fees for the payout quicker. Initial results look really promising I'd expect to see this in the release notes for the March ecommerce release.

Neil McQuillan: Is it possible to add a monthly statement of the fees or would this suffer from the same timeouts?
Neil McQuillan
Lyndon Hollands: It would suffer that. The report pulls data directly from the bank link and looks at each transaction associated with the payout so we can have confidence in the accuracy which is why it’s slow.

We agree, unfortunately we need to make an API call to get the accurate information for the fees, and this times out if we try to get many days of data, which is the reason you need to go into each sub report to get the breakdown.
