Currently you can only view the 40-Col Receipt. It would be very helpful to be able to print instead of view Full-Size Receipt then having to print a full size paper.

I just had an order placed on the web and then the customer reached out to cancel shortly after placing the order. If we were able to manually capture the payment when we confirm the order, we wouldn't lose the transaction fees from refunding the order.

Please add: Hitch Mount. For e-bikes the roof mounted racks and trunk mounted racks are not strong enough to hold a 50 - 90 lb e-bike.

Would you please consider listing the individual sub-items that are included under the Item Group “Finishing Kit” on the Find & Filter Set Up page? Currently, under the sub-categories, it simply shows: 1. Finishing Kit Options. It would be much easier to understand, manage, and keep track of what is included in this group if the individual sub-items were displayed instead: - Bar Grips - Cables & Wire - Fenders - Grip Tape - Handlebar Tape - Handlebars - Headsets - Stems Having the actual sub-items visible would make it much easier to see at a glance what has already been included in the Finishing Kit group and what may still need to be added. This would hold true for all the Item Groups that have have subcategories listed as "1 Item Option." For example, this would hold true for Tool Options, Pump Options, Bike Frame Parts, Gears & Drivetrain Options, etc. We need to visually see what the options are to know what's in each Item Group. This is especially true for those of us just setting up all of our inventory in Cloud MT. I want to be able to print this listing so that I can more easily find the Item Group and Subcategory I'm looking for, without hoping between screens and drop down menus. Please add Trikes to the types of Electric Bikes. They are quite different from all the other bike types listed, and nearly every e-bike shop carries at least one type of trike.

Could you please consider separating the current Wheel Size information into three fields: - Wheel Diameter - Tire Width - Tire Type The current option of “Fat Tire Size” is a little confusing because fat tires come in many different diameters and widths. A fat tire bike could have 20", 24", 26", or even 29" diamter wheels, and ranges from 3" wide to 5" wide. For example, if we have a bike with 20" x 4" tires, should we select 20" or "Fat Tire Size?" If we select "Fat Tire Size," we lose some very useful information. A customer can't tell whether the bike has smaller, easier-to-handle 20" wheels or much larger 26" or 29" wheels. The same issue applies to tire width. “Fat Tire Size” doesn't indicate whether the tire is 3", 3.5", 4", 4.5", or 5" wide. There is a substantial difference between a bike with 20" x 3" tires and one with 29" x 5" tires. I would also suggest adding a Tire Type field, such as Street Tire or Knobby Tire. Two bikes can have exactly the same tire dimensions but provide very different riding experiences depending on the tread. A street tire may be better suited for pavement and bike paths, while a knobby tire may be more appropriate for dirt, trails, and mixed terrain. All three pieces of information can be important when customers are comparing bikes. Wheel diameter, tire width, and tire type can make a significant difference in handling, maneuverability, intended use, and overall bike weight. For example, some smaller riders may find a 26" x 4" fat-tire bike cumbersome, while they can comfortably maneuver a bike with 20" x 4" tires. Ideally, the fields could look something like: - Wheel Diameter: 16", 20", 24", 26", 27.5", 29", etc. - Tire Width: 1.75", 2", 2.4", 3", 3.5", 4", 4.5", 5", etc. - Tire Type: Street, Knobby, etc. Separating these specifications would provide much more meaningful information and would also make the Find & Filter tools considerably more useful for customers trying to find a bike that fits their size, riding style, and intended use. Please add the following products to Item Group: Audio (for items like bone conducting headphones which allow two bicyclist to communicate with one another, a bicyclist to take a phone call, or listen to music, all while still hearing what's going on around them). Bags and Panniers Baskets Batteries Bells (we carry a wide array of fun/unique bells) Child Pull Behind Trailers Pet Carriers and Trailers Bike Covers Fenders Font & Rear Bike Racks Grips Phone Holders Pumps & Inflators Vehicle Racks (bike racks for cars, trucks and RVs) Seat Covers Tools Lubes & Cleaners Handlebars Kickstands Saddles/Seat Posts Foot Pegs Valve Caps (we carry a wide array of fun/unique valve caps) Pad Sets and Protection for Bikes Since the Primary Categories are really no longer used, the Item Groups (for Product Options) should be expanded to include the full range of products a bike shop would stock (both for pedal bikes and special items for e-bikes like batteries, controllers, wiring harnesses, throttles, etc. Please make sure the existing component sub-catorgies include places for e-bike only products: batteries and battery parts (charge ports, on/off switches), controllers, wiring harnesses, throttles, brake sensor cutoffs, etc).

I have many items in the Deparment called Bikes, but using the search field (at the top line of the data), yields no resuts. Can this be corrected?

Could you please add drop-down menus to the top search/filter row, similar to the ones currently available for the "Local Stock" and "SIM Stock" fields? Many of the Find and Filter fields already have predefined choices for each line item, but not at the top line. It would be very helpful to have those same choices available as drop-downs at the top. For example, when filtering by "Department", I currently have to manually type the department name. If I make a typo or don't enter the exact wording used in the system, nothing comes up. A drop-down would let me quickly select the correct option, making searches faster, easier, and more accurate. It would be especially helpful for fields such as Department, Activity, Brand, Color, Age Group, Item Group, Material, and any other fields with predefined choices. This seems like a small change that could make the Find & Filter tools much quicker and more user-friendly to use. Thank you for considering it!

The 'Term=' find and filter option for Collections and category pages is great, but has limitations if the term search for is also included in different closely related products. In the example attached: Targeting Amflow PR bikes using find and fliter 'Amflow', 'Electric Bikes', 'Term= PR' also picks up the Amflow PX Pro. A 'Term does not=' option would fix this as we could exclude the term PX
