Any further updates - we also have days where we can't accept drop offs - events/ training etc but without setting the workshop hours as closed we can't block the day

Hey guys, completley echo this one. Causes us major problems on days where we are unable to do services, no matter how much we try to tell customers its just a drop off day, they dont get it. Is this being looked at? thanks

We've just had the error 3 times inthe run up to easter 2024 where customers have booked services for Good Friday and Bank Holiday Monday, even though we had the day set as a holiday in the workshop module. I have just spoken with Mark in support who told me BMBI doesn't look at holidays on the workshop module. Can I suggest linking the holidays setup in the Shipping Module to BMBI so it can work out when we are closed?

This feature really needs to be implemented as soon as possible. I find it pretty useless using a booking tool/calendar if you are unable to fully block a day.

Also, the suggestion of creating manual bookings to block the dates is simply outrageous. Why create the option of being able to add a 'Workshop Holiday' if it simply does nothing? This feature should block that specific date.

Please implement this feature as soon as possible, I am growing tired of having to physically contact customers to let them know we are closed for an event, when this could be solved with relative ease.

Fully agree with this. The bookyourbikein function should have a calendar override really.

We would like to see a calendar function for the workshop where we can upload a rota when certain mechanics are available or not. Holidays is not the same.

This should really be a standard feature of the platform, for example, April 7th Bank holiday. Normally we take bookings for a Friday, but want to block this day obviously. Customers will get annoyed making a booking and finding us shut or us replying saying we can't take their booking.

I wanted to do this at Christmas also but had people booking days we were closed.

There needs to be a function to block certain days easily because at the moment Citrus are saying to fake book the number of bookings you have available on that day. Which isn't that practical if you have a run of days and is going to take quite some time. Then you would have to cancel all those workorders in the POS side of things as well.

A bit of an oversight on Citrus's side to be honest. Before Book You Bike In we had our own booking system which we came up with ourselves and we are not computer programmers. We could simply delete slots we did not want off a specific day.
