We've been playing around with how we might evolve the user interface of the Book My Bike in portal, these are just concepts but I thought it was worth sharing.

We're also looking at custom styling so our dealers can have their own style sheets for the portal.

Yep - good idea. Current BMBI works well (except for ability for customers to select more than one service activity in a booking), but the current UI does look pretty "third party"

To have a more custom styling "book my bike in" to match the website and our own brand would be very welcome. The customer perception currently is that they are taken to a 3rd party website/company to book their bike in as the style is so different.

Paul Thrupp: The technology for this is built, but I'm not sure we've got a live example to show, I'll find out.

Yes we are building a custom look and feel for one of our customers, once we've completed this we'll offer this out generally.

Neil McQuillan - CEO Citrus-Lime can we see the concepts as full images of the screen itself rather than "on" a device? The angled view makes it hard to see clearly

Can we skip the postcode and location stages if we only have one store?

Mech Monkey: That is going to get sorted out as part of the workshop overhaul so we won't require postcode entry for single store sites.
