Book My Bike In is just taking off with our shop. We've found that a lot of rider are interpreting the Drop Off Date as the date the bike will get worked on/completed and thus becoming angry when we are unable to fix it as we are full. I've checked with Citrus Lime and the Drop Off date is the date the rider will drop the bike off and from there the shop chooses which day they will repair it.
Please can there better wording on the BMBI page for riders so they understand they need to drop their bike off on one day and expect it to be worked on another?
