Paul Thrupp Just a quick note to say we've been overwhelmed by the success of Book My Bike in. Consumers are using it more than we expected, normally something new takes time to gain traction with the consumer, but this one seems to have been something they've been waiting for! We recognise that's creating challenges for our customers.

Our plan was to listen to feedback here on Canny and make some major investments in in the summer, once we understood how this new product was being used and what challenges it presents our customers, we are going to have a group huddle here and bring some changes forward.

This is one area we're getting a lot of feedback on, and I think it's likely we'll deploy some changes fairly quickly and then make more major changes moving forwards.

We want to keep it so the workshop manager can control how many bikes are checked in per day and then use the messaging tools built into the workshop to say when the bike will be worked on and ready for collection, this gives your staff the most control.
