Limit specific services per day / week

Hi Guys, some feedback from the mechanics (who love BMBI by the way).
If we have a specific service that either takes a little more time or space, example a cargo bike repair/service.
Could there be a way to limit how many are booked per week or month? - basically, some flexibility to control this. It may not be possible to accommodate more than the store can hold and wouldn't want these to overbook.
We had 3 in last week and proved a bit of an issue. Any thoughts would be good.

Neil McQuillan: Would be great to be able to set a limit by day of the week. eg might require to be less at the weekend.
