Richard,
Just a quick note to say we've been overwhelmed by the success of Book My Bike in. Consumers are using it more than we expected, normally something new takes time to gain traction with the consumer, but this one seems to have been something they've been waiting for! We recognise that's creating challenges for our customers.
Our plan was to listen to feedback here on Canny and make some major investments in in the summer, once we understood how this new product was being used and what challenges it presents our customers, we are going to have a group huddle here and bring some changes forward.
This is one area we're getting a lot of feedback on, and I think it's likely we'll deploy some changes fairly quickly and then make more major changes moving forwards.

Neil McQuillan: Hi Neil, This functionality to connect to the Citrus Lime workshop diary change would be a big step-forward for book my bike in. As you say, it is becoming more popular for us also, but as functionality stands, it will soon get to the stage where we are going to have to remove it to prevent customer complaints if we can not control the bookings. I understand the limit per day is coming and I think you are going to make it very clear that they are not booked for a service, just a drop-off ? Many customers currently interpret this drop-off date synoymously with a booking date. As one example, we had a customer arrive in recently having booked her bike in for 1pm, and "will it be ready for 2pm ?".

Simon Edge Sports WH: this is exactly the reason we won’t use BMBI. It’s been badly thought through. It hasn’t had the intelligence of design that is needed for its deployment.
