If a user has setup 2FA SMS and wishes to change to using an authenticator app. it looks like this cannot be done by the user or administrator of the company.
It would be great to be able to self manage this, having 150+ employees. it will save time doing this ourselves rather than wasting time of 2 people by having to speak to the support department

Just came on to Canny to post this ourselves. Only had it setup less than a week and already had to contact Citrus to reset a user. Waste of both ours and Citrus's time. At the very least an "Administrator" user of the retailer should be able to reset it.
