I've attached screencaps of the menu options available for the "Actions" button when clicked from 3 different screens in Back Office: Customer Orders, Customer Order Lines and Customer Orders with Stock from This Purchase Order.

All of these have the option to Change Order Status and/or View / Edit Order Notes. Could those options just be combined into a single Edit Special Order Details option that opens the Edit Special Order Details popup we see in the POS? I find I'm often needing to access all the fields in that screen in a single interaction, including Set Reference, which can otherwise only be changed from the POS.
