The built-in Communications Templates for Booking and Service Reminders include a handful of variables: {{CustomerName}}, {{StoreName}}, {{ServiceItemName}} to help customize messages to customers. Could these be added for use in user created templates? And could we get a variable like {{OrderItemName}} included?

We often have customers that will order multiple parts for bikes, or car racks, and these items can arrive separately. Contacting customers by email or text saves us time, but not if they end up calling to confirm which items have arrived. Being able to customize their message with the info on the product they ordered would be super helpful.
