Everybody likes to view their data in their own way. While we can resize and reorganize the columns in most of the data grids in the Back Office, those preferences should be able to be saved based on the user logged in.

Hi Patrick, 
In Back Office 2.0 (launching May for Beta testing), we've implemented a "Grid Layout" feature on most grids - this allows you to save different layouts (filters, columns shown and the order). You can also set one as a "favourite" which will be the default view when the grid loads. 
These are specific to each User in the system.
