There should be CSV examples for wizard imports. so it is quick and easy to understand what needs to go in the csv for backoffice to import it. it can sometime be misleading where you see three columns on the import page but you only need to import 1 column.

e.g. label import wizard only needs 1 column but there are 3 columns in the table. the text does not state it has to only be 1 column, it just says what can be inlcuded.

it also needs to state if you have multiple of one ILC it changes the QTY to that amount, that was not known to myself until i tested it
