There are times that we need to discount items in a workorder. We should be able to apply a specific discount to an item with a reason code instead of just manually adjusting the price. We can't rely on the cashier to know what to discount when the customer picks up the bike and if we make manual adjustments to the price, that's not properly documented as to the reasoning unless we manually type something in the notes.
