Its a little crazy that if we want to identify a customer by the skis/bike/boot/goat/partner they have left behind we have to get the help desk to run a database query!

PLEASE can you add search by service items into ideally an existing report or a new one. Very odd that this hasn't been done, and I do understand the challenge with a multifield query as there may be more than one, but to have this data under the customer record with its own tab but not be searchable is sub-optimal :)
