It would be nice if a Matrix parent would become inactive if all its child items are inactive. it would make the back office tidy and easier to work with,

Hi All
This has now been raised as a development request and the work has been planned so that it will be included in the JUNE 2020 RELEASE.
This post has been linked to the development request, which means that the status will be updated as and when the Dev RQ is updated at our side. However, please note that, even if the post status is 'Complete', the change will not be live in the system until the release is rolled out in February. It simply means that the work has been done at our side and is ready to be rolled out in the release.
