Include AdHoc payments on customer account statement

When a customer pays off debt on their account with us, these show up as AdHoc payments, but do not appear on customer account statements (which we send out monthly). For customers paying off their debt in chunks, it makes sense to include this detail on the account statement.

we struggle with this as well, the customer gets confused. The system pays an AdHoc payment against the oldest invoices. I'm not sure how you would get around this other than not allocating the payment until you reconcile with the next payment.
