It would be nice if there was a way for users to message each other internally - i.e. service writer creates a work order, adds parts to work order. Purchaser adds part to PO and finds that part is not available. It would be great if there was a way internally for the purchaser to reach out to the service writer and let them know, give them options for a replacement that was available etc.
