Currently the Kit Item Card shows the Price of the Kit in the upper righthand corner (including the MSRP and Custom Price we set). The Kit Item Card also currently shows the cost of each item below that. In order for us to calculate the profit in dollars or the profit margin, we have to manually add the cost of the items in the kit, and then manually calculate the profit ($s) and the profit margin (%). As we adjust the custom price, we have to manually recalculate the profit and profit margin.
It would be handier and more efficient if the system showed those items on the Item Card.
Please add the following items to the Kit Item Card:
  • Total Cost of the Kit
  • Profit (in $s) for the Kit (given the costs)
  • Profit Margin (in %) for the Kit (given the costs)
Why? This would allow us to see the complete picture of the cost of all the items in Kit, and then depending on what we set the custom price to, what the profit in dollars would be, along with what the profit margin in percentage would be.
