Loading of Closed Orders

we now have almost 0.5 million closed orders(!), and we have a customer support department that needs to browse this for customer service issues.
It takes around 50 seconds to load this, as you can imagine, doing this multiple times a day can get frustrating
Is there a way you could have it so it loads only the first page ('server-side pagination' I think?) or there could be an archive section so you would have to go to a different section in Back Office for orders older than 90 days for example

Hi Richard, we are in a similar situation, and i have to say it is a nightmare. The customer service team (along with several other departments ) are completely demoralised by how slow everything is, especially the tills in the shops, and to suggest it might improve in November is a real kick in the teeth!

Hi Richard,
Just to confirm this is on the Customer Orders page (https://pos2.citruslime.com/pos2/#/backoffice/customerOrders) ?
We already have some work in progress to implement server side pagination for this page to improve the load speeds.
This is currently planned for the update of Cloud POS in November this year, in our initial testing (in our test data) we've seen speed improvements of around 50%.
Thanks,
Suzy
