More Control Over Rewards

We have a number of account customers who already receive a discount. I would like to knock these out of the reward scheme. As I understand it the only way of doing this at the moment is to wait until they next purchase then de-activate any future rewards in the rewards module. Please can we have a way to do this in their account record in back office.Tia

Agree that a fast disable feature would be handy for those customers who are get discounts and shouldn’t then be getting points
