PO Headers: Remove requirement to set shipping tax

There's no tax on shipping in the US, so having to set the 'Shipping ex. tax', then set a tax percentage (which is always zero) adds an unnecessary step. Can this be hidden/removed for US stores, so that you can just enter the shipping cost straight away?

Hi all,
I wanted to provide an update on this change - we've investigated the requirements for this and they are more complex than initially thought, so unfortunately we won't be able to deliver this in the July release of Cloud POS.
We'll add updates when we have an ETA for this in the future.

I agree, but setting the tax level at 10% for Australia as all freight has GST added. An unnecessary step to have to add it in every time.

This is an oversight on our part and one I'd like to see corrected. It's an un-required step and one I'd want to see removed.
Let me see what we can do.
