I held off raising this but it has now been reported by our team several times.
On multiple occasions we have been assisting customers and looking on their purchase history for them to find a previous transaction. The customer has needed to see something or it has been easier to show them the till screen.
Unfortunately though the "Total Spend" box is very visible and noticeable on the Purchase History page and it has given our customers cause for concern about how much they have spent with us!
Could the total spend perhaps be either:
  • Collapsed so you cannot see it unless specifically wanting to
  • On another tab
  • A "quick summary" of customer purchase history added to POS so you do not need to go in to back office at the till point
