Purchase order Postage paid

It would be useful to be able to set in our "suppliers details" for a minimum order/postage paid threshold and for that to be highlighted when creating a purchase order.
for example, in one of the unused fields in the supplier information as pictured here.
Then that would be highlighted if a purchase order is below that threshold.

I can see it now. a little lime green tick box "Generate PO if Carraige Paid Target met" and you set the target against each supplier.
Better still if you could employ the services of a wizard and click generate PO's for all suppliers where Carriage Paid Target is met. That would warrant a half day bonus!!

This would definitely be useful to us. Also really like Cycle-R Admin's suggestion.

Hi
This is a great idea and one that we feel could benefit all users of the platform. However, we would like to see some further interest and feedback on whether this is something that would be useful to all.
Add you vote if you feel as though this would improve your experience.
Thanks, Jen

What would be even cooler would be to have a live tally that every time an item is sold or used it is added to a restock list. As soon as the restock list exceeds the supplier's minimum order threshold (e.g. when shipping costs become free of charge), then prompt the user to place an order. This then creates a 'just-in-time' restock system so that desired lines are immediately reordered as soon as they start to run low.
The purchasing manager should be able to approve the order to be placed immediate; defer one hour; defer till specified time; defer till close of business; etc. in order to capture late additions. E.g. our principle mechanic finishes at 2pm each day, so if the threshold is hit at say 10:30am, the purchasing manager may decide to defer till 2:30pm and have the order placed then in order to capture any last minute part requirements from the workshop.
