when a customer returns an iitem and has paid or part paid by rewards, the points are not put back on to the customer's account automatically. this should be an automtic process as it could happen in any location and we don't want to give everyone access as it's a money and could cost us if the wrong amount is applied
the system know how many points to put back on, so why is this an extra job that could get missed or a manual process when it could be automated?
