Hi all, 
We now display the profit margin next to the Sale Price field on the item card in Back Office 2.0. 
We're also going to add Profit Margin into the Item Prices popup available from the items pages in the near future.

Bring back the profit margin! But don't make it so easy to find that customers notice it. Hide it in "Transaction Details" or "Transaction Totals", but don't give it a "PROFIT MARGIN" label or even a % symbol, just put the number in small font, in a corner, or even make it look like some techy version number. e.g. Cloud POS V2.0-18.5 where 18.5 is the profit margin for the current transaction.

This would be very useful. I assume this would be on a line by line basis in the pos order window.

Suzy Weightman: For us it is more important on the item card. It's not as important on the wizard as these changes would often be in bulk using the "Apply To All" feature, but a column displaying it would be handy sometimes.

This should also display in PO's as our purchasing team end up ordering items because sales are strong without seeing that sales are good because we have discounted the item to clear.
