Info It's currently possible to see all Purchase Orders for an item, using the Stock Enquiry pop-up - does this fit the bill for you?

Suzy Weightman: Our team use this method, and it works, however, it is not as quick as if on the "Receive Stock" page you could scan in like "Scan To Recall Order". Using the current method you then need to copy the PO number and take this back to the other page.
For me this feature would just make sense to make things easier/quicker. But if the work would delay other more critical requests then it is not high priority.

Ben: There is a hyperlink on the Stock Enquiry - which will open the Purchase Order in a new tab.
If we added a link to Receive Stock against the PO, rather than opening the Edit Purchase Order page - this would do the trick?

Suzy Weightman: Yes, that would be good. Or perhaps better would be to put this button on the Purchase Order screen. Then a user would open the PO using the link, check it is correct and then click "Receive Stock" from the PO. It has often been inconvenient to not be able to do this anyway as I think this was possible in RMS. For instance currently when a Goods In user is having to create and receive an order at the same time (an order placed without an original PO), they have to create the order and go back to the Receive Stock list to find it. Ideally you should be able to do this for that specific order from within the Purchase Order itself.
Hope that long winded explanation makes sense...
