We have a relatively large number of customers who want to settle damage to their Bike with their insurance companies.

Currently, we have to send cost estimates to customers by email outside of the system, which is not ideal for properly documenting customer communication.

Therefore, I kindly ask that, in addition to images, PDFs can also be sent to customers via email.

This would significantly simplify our processes.
