Service Reminder Report

We’ve been successfully using the scheduled service reminders for some time now, and they’ve been doing a great job managing the process in the background.
It would be a really useful addition if we could run a report (either in POS Back Office or Cloud Reports) that lists all upcoming service reminders that are due to be sent out. This would allow us to personally follow up with customers who have services due, helping us strengthen customer relationships and potentially increase bookings.

Yes, please! I was just going to ask CL to help me pull a report that listed all of my new bike sales and tune-up sales, to include the customer's name, email, phone, date of bike purchase or last tune-up. I would use this report to send out Mailchimp reminders at the 1-year mark, as well as making a personal call to all who didn't act on the email reminder. I would also use this report to send out an email reminder, 3 months prior to a warranty expiring, reminding them that a tune-up is a great way to find any warranty issues before the warranty expires. These reminders for annual tune-ups and warranty expiring tune-ups help us build our repair business and revenue. I need a standard, easy report to run each month.
