We deal with web orders through the section listed in the title and would find it incredibly helpful to have a tick box next to each order. This would be so we could tick it when it has been seen/printed etc. so we don't over process or miss moved work orders.
This wouldn't have to do anything other than function as a tick box - and the labelling of this box could also be open, so others could use it to prioritise web orders etc.
Hopefully this simple change could be implemented quickly. Thanks
