When an SMS is sent to a customer from CitrusLime, the reply comes back to a separate mobile number. However, there is no information in the SMS reply received to identify which customer or which job the SMS reply relates to apart from the Mobile number that sent the message.
There is no means to search the Workshop job list, or any of the customer record list by mobile number. This makes it extremely difficult to maintain effective communication with a customer in respect of work being done on their bikes.
What is needed is a means to search Workshop Jobs and Customer Lists in order to match the message received to the Job/Customer and update CitrusLime accordingly.

We are now quite progressed with integrating two way SMS into the product.
We are still working on how to alert when new messages arrive etc but progress is being made. We expect to release this in the spring.
