Update Items Using SIM

At times our staff are using 'Update Items Using SIM' to update cost pricing when entering PO's. It is rarely correct however we do want them to check that MSRP is correct and up to date. It would be helpful to be able to have only MSRP and MSRP (also update price to be supplier's MSRP) showing and be able to toggle the cost part off in settings or even have it permanantly off as is more trouble than good.

Great idea - cost price is never set correctly, so it is impossible to use this functionality from citrus lime. This is a good idea to remove the cost price updates

Simon Edge Sports WH With our main bicycle parts supplier, the cost and price are always accurate, so I'd still like to have the option to bring in the cost and the MSRP. Maybe it would be possible for CL to set each field of the SIM for selection or non selection (i.e. a check box for each item, and a check box for select all fields). As a side note, if possible, I'd like to CL not automatically fill in our Price field. Because I'm in a tourist area, with very high rent and other expenses, I usually need to up our retail price beyond the 30 -50% profit margin the vendors set for MSRP. The vendors are unrealistic in their MSRPs. We can't stay in business with only a 30-50% margin. Bikes, maybe, as they are high dollar items. But everything else we carry (bike parts, accessories, bike trailers and vehicle racks, etc) need to be over 50% to help make up for the very low margins on the bikes we sell. I often forget to adjust my retail price when I SIM, and don't notice it until I've already printed the pricing labels.
