Currently, the system prevents me from saving a new product until several required fields have been completed, such as assigning a Google Category and selecting a Color Group.

The challenge is that the most time-consuming part of creating a product is writing and editing the product descriptions. Those descriptions are often the first thing I work on, and I'd like the ability to save that progress before completing all of the remaining product details.

Today, I lost a significant amount of work because I couldn't save the product while those other required fields were still incomplete.

Recommendation:

Please allow users to save products as drafts at any point during the creation process, even if required fields have not yet been completed. Continue to require fields such as Google Category, Color Group, and any other mandatory information before allowing the product to be published, but do not prevent users from saving their work in progress.

This change would greatly reduce the risk of lost work, improve workflow efficiency, and provide a much better editing experience without compromising the integrity of published product data.
