Automating 'Collections' to pick up future, similar items

In grouping certain items in 'collections' e.g all Specialized Stumpjumpers, it would be handy to be able to create this collection and also have any future, similar items to automatically join this list. I was in email correspondence with Charlotte Fairer and she suggested I raise this to the developers. Thanks

This is on our roadmap for ecommerce this year, to allow a collection to target either a specific group of products or a facet Url which might not quite do what you want here, but think starts the plumbing for automated collections.

Neil McQuillan - CEO Citrus-Lime Stumbled upon this page just now and just want to check that the work you are doing on dynamic collections will also allow the user to select multiple of the same facet (i.e. multiple brands or multiple activities etc in a single collection)?
