Ayden Payment Link Customer 'feels'

Had a customer suggest the payment link could have been viewed as a scam and sent me a copy. Can we 'customise' the link so it at the very least shows the customer our Store Name ? She was suspicious to say the least, even though we were in sms communication which allowed me to comfort her concern. Any reason there is no Store name on these links ?

Hi Nick
I am pleased to say that customisation of Payment Links is already possible. You can add:
- your store name, which will display as the payee (exactly as you've requested)
- your brand logo, which will display where you can see the 'CitrusPay' logo at present
- a small ‘favicon’ image that will show in the customer's browser tab (typically your logo again)
Jsut reach out to the Support Team via Live Chat and they can implement this for you. There are instructions below on which image files you will need, so please have those handy before you contact the team.
