I've struggled since we started using Citrus Pay in store to match payments into my bank with Z reads as the fees are automatically deducted so the values don't match. A report similar to the "payouts" in Cloud MT which breaks down how payouts have been calculated would be ideal and make banking 100 times easier without me having to bother the help desk.

We have started work on this feature we now have a lot of people using CitrusPay instore so we're going to attempt to address this with some haste.

Neil McQuillan: Thanks Neil, yes I use that for web order payouts and it is really useful, it's great to be able to match the amount that hits my bank and see the breakdown of fees from the original transaction value. What i'm after is the same for POS. We use Citrus Pay through the shop (as well as on line) and i'm completely in the dark with POS payouts. If this report function could be replicated for store payouts it would be amazing and dramatically reduce the amount of time I spend on my banking, and on the chat facility to your colleagues pestering them for information.
