CitrusPay // Settlement Batch List

There is currently no way to access a list of settlement batches that can be reconciled with the amounts the merchant bank receives and deposits.
This functionality exists in Sagepay/Opayo and is crucial for our accounts department for reconciliation. Attached is a screenshot of the screen.

I have submitted this several times to say yes great we now have access to the settlement amounts and can export to excel BUT the main thing our accountant and I need is ability to see the fees that Citrus Pay is deducting from us each time. The process I have to go through using your new Citrus Payout Report is so long winded, i shouldnt have to be going into each daily settlement line to see a total of the Fee for that day and then add it up to get a monthly total. If i was with any other Card Provider I would receive an invoice each month telling me what fees were deducted from my card payments, I shouldnt have to go digging for them and manually add them all up. PLEASE CAN YOU FIX THE REPORT BELOW FROM THE CITRUSPAYOUT PAGE BUT JUST INCLUDED THE TOTAL FEES CHARGED FOR THAT DAY ON THE EXCEL REPORT rather than have to click each row in the report to View Fees and record how much was charged? Thank you

Ben Kippax are you any closer to getting this working for non CitrusPay payment types through the Citrus gateway? Our accounts team is really on my back about getting this report to them for FiServ/Amex that we use Citrus gateway for.

Hey Ben:
Unfortunately no, though I understand your frustration. I will discuss this within the team and see where we go from here. When the issue was last reviewed, we had no access to the data we'd need to produce the report ... and we were awaiting the results of a request.

Ben Kippax: Ok, yes, I would appreciate that as the move from SagePay was a forced one and now we are left without a way to reconcile these payments. SagePay was able to do this so it seems odd that the Citrus gateway cannot.

Ben Kippax: FYI I have created a new Canny for this as there is still no Payouts report for Clover/FiServ. https://citruslime.canny.io/cloud-mt/p/citruspay-settlement-batch-listpayouts-for-cloverfiserv

Its worth noting that the work in progress will work for both CitrusPay Gateway (which is when our customer provides their own Merchant ID) and CitrusPay Gateway where Citrus-Lime provide the Merchant ID. CitrusPay with Merchant ID is the only way we can support ApplePay so this will cover ApplePay transactions. The CitrusPay functionality includes fees as these are taken as part of the transaction rather than by your bank.
