Credit Card Fees - why aren't Stripe Payment Fees included in the Citrus Payout Reports so i can get the information I need for my accounts to show what I have been charged?
I am currently having to start a Live Chat every time I receive a Stripe Credit Card Payment amount to ask what the Fees were for this. This should not be the correct process!
Also its great that you have created an Excel Export for the Citrus Payouts but it still isn't fit for purpose. As a business I need to record all outgoing payments to suppliers in my accounts package, as will all other shops. To find out what my Citrus Pay Fess are I have to go to the Citrus Payout Report and click on each transaction and write down the Fee that has been charged for that day to then put in to my accounts package. This is such a manual laborious process that would be easy to fix I am sure as you have the information there, its just not in a user friendly format. Me and every other shop need to see what the fees are to be able to record in our accounts, surely this can be added to the Excel Export?

I've been leaving feedback like this since we started with Citrus Pay 3 years ago and whilst improvements have been made and reporting is there, as you say it is still laborious. Previously when we used Barclaycard or Payment Sense they paid out the full amount that was put through each day (easy to reconcile) and then invoiced the card fees & transaction costs monthly (easy to process as a business cost). Ideally i'd like this to be the way Citrus Pay works, i'm guessing there's a good reason it doesn't but am yet to work out what that reason is!

We find this is very time consuming also. It takes a little while for the information to load each time you click on it so if I am doing a month at a time it takes ages. We would love to have it in a user friendly format also.
