Credit Card Fees - why aren't Stripe Payment Fees included in the Citrus Payout Reports so i can get the information I need for my accounts to show what I have been charged?

I am currently having to start a Live Chat every time I receive a Stripe Credit Card Payment amount to ask what the Fees were for this. This should not be the correct process!

Also its great that you have created an Excel Export for the Citrus Payouts but it still isn't fit for purpose. As a business I need to record all outgoing payments to suppliers in my accounts package, as will all other shops. To find out what my Citrus Pay Fess are I have to go to the Citrus Payout Report and click on each transaction and write down the Fee that has been charged for that day to then put in to my accounts package. This is such a manual laborious process that would be easy to fix I am sure as you have the information there, its just not in a user friendly format. Me and every other shop need to see what the fees are to be able to record in our accounts, surely this can be added to the Excel Export?
