I try and keep on top of deactivating out of stock items on the website that we're not planning on restocking and use the Item Search on Cloud MT and filter by not in stock, but active on the website. From there it's really easy to untick the "active" box ... unless items are part of a colour group in which case I have to go into the item card, move the group master and then deactivate the out of stock item. It's a bit of a faff. Also I have noticed that SIM items often have a colour group with just the one product in, a quirk in their uploading I guess, but that then requires me to delete the colour group before I can deactivate it I believe.

Is it possible to be able to untick the active box from the search page and for the system to automatically move the master colour to another (preferably in stock) colour option?
