I’d like to request a feature that would make managing product images in Cloud MT much easier: a reusable image gallery or media library of images we’ve already uploaded.

Essentially, I’m envisioning something similar to how Canva handles uploaded images.

The Current Issue

When adding or editing an item, there are often photos I’ve already uploaded and used elsewhere in Cloud MT that I’d like to use again. Currently, I don’t see an easy way to browse those existing images and simply select one.

Instead, I may have to locate the original image on my computer and upload it again, even though that exact image may already exist in the system.

What I’d Love to See

When adding an image to an item, could we have two options:

Upload a new image from the computer, as we do today.

Open a searchable/browsable gallery containing images that have already been uploaded to our Cloud MT account.

Ideally, the gallery could include:

* Thumbnail previews

* Search by image/file name

* Filter or sort options

* Ability to select one or multiple existing images

* Ability to see which items are currently using an image

* Possibly folders, categories, or tags for organizing commonly used images

For example, I may use the same manufacturer's lifestyle photo, accessory photo, logo, sizing graphic, or feature image across several related products. Rather than uploading another copy each time, I could simply select the existing image from our gallery.

Similar to Canva

Canva is probably the easiest comparison. Once I upload an image to Canva, it remains available in my Uploads library. I can then reuse that same image in other designs without having to find and upload the original file again.

I’d love to have that same basic functionality for product images in Cloud MT:

Upload it once → store it in our image library → reuse it wherever needed.

I think this would make product management considerably faster, reduce duplicate image uploads, and help us maintain more consistent imagery across related products.

Is something like this already available and I’m simply missing it? If not, would you consider adding this capability?
