Hi Ben,
We've looked into this, but the data isn't available in CitrusStore to enable this functionality.
The only immediate solution I have for you is to use the CitrusStore active field, which can be filtered on the grids, although this does get reset each time a CloudMT update is applied.
I'll move this issue to the backlog so it will get reviewed again in the future to see if we can implement this as part of a larger piece of work.

kevin: It is not so much that we need to filter by the active status of Cloud MT products. It is more that we do not want items setup incorrectly in the first place or any confusion of items that were setup incorrectly in Cloud POS and then made inactive (as you cannot delete them). So if you took the example in the screenshot and imagined they were both new items being made live for pre-order. Both would show no local stock and both would be inactive (at the beginning). There is therefore the chance of setting up and editing the incorrect one.

Thanks Ben, that context is really useful. With the old link we had a field in CitrusLime e-commerce so that we could see if the products was active in RMS, but this is no longer available.
I'll add your comments onto the Jira, and check to see if it is something we can change so we can make this more clear for you as part of a longer piece of work.

Ben this definitely feels like something has gone awry here. I've raised a development task to discuss in our next development team meeting.

Is there any update on this? Has it or is it being fixed?

Neil McQuillan Is this being addressed or is this intentional? It is making it more confusing for our team when searching for items.
