Limit Sales to a Particular State

Currently we can limit our sales to specific countries. I need to limit on line sales to only California, as I am not set up to collect sales tax for other states and shipping is too expensive for shipping across the country.
Could you please give us the ability to limit down to a particular state within the US?

Is this for online orders? If so I believe the helpdesk can help you with that, we can disable delivery to certain states. I'm not sure you will be currently hitting the Nexus thresholds for needing to apply cross state tax, but that is not my area of expertise so I would advise chatting to your accountant of doing your own research here. Of cause the shipping argument still stands, might be worth talking to my team on this one as we have given advise to others on the shipping front. Of cause if you simply want to block certain states we can do that for you.
