Remove TWO FACTOR VERIFICATION from the till aspect of the system - needing a code for staff to logon to the till is going to cause no end of issues when the owner is not on site!!!

You can disable this feature if you want to or you can contact the helpdesk for ideas on howto make this work for you. We're moving to an opt out model as its highly recommended to protect your customers personal information under GDPR/ICO rules.
We are moving to remember the device for seven days so its not required on every login. Thats in the release in May.
I agree its a real pain, but the fines if one of your staff login details are stolen by a virus or hacker are significant.

Neil McQuillan - CEO Citrus-Lime Hi Neil, you say you are moving to an opt-out model, which makes sense, can this be held off until the 7 day release? Thanks
Neil McQuillan - CEO Citrus-Lime
Richard Twinn Thats within your control, we're working thru individual groups switching 2FA on, but its possible to disable this, Laura is going to update this article explaining howto enable / disable 2FA for your group.
