I cannot be the only one who finds the rules for shipping to be convoluted and overly complicated.
First You have us jumping around from Cloud Pos, Cloud MT and Courier integration module. Why isn't all this handled in one spot on Cloud MT?
Second. Weight based rules are listed in Grams. This is great however all the weight we enter into the Items on Cloud POS are in Pounds.
If possible I would much prefer some freedom. Possibly shipping rules based on Item categories. Shipping a wheel vs. shipping a Chain are 2 very different things. Having to go around and make sure I update Wheels or bikes constantly to fall into a weight band is time consuming.

We had to update all our bikes to be a certain weight and then add exclusions to all our rules. The shipping rules are absolutely confusing, there's so many layers of include/exclude that it's baffling to work out what happens.
We set our up years ago and have left it alone since because we're hestitant to touch them and possibly mess it all up
