As we have got bigger we regularly need to update batches of customers about delays with their order or other bits of information. For example when pre-orders launch there can be delays from the suppliers. This can mean updating up to 200 customers about delays on their order.
Currently we do this by emailing each customer individually in Cloud POS.
Whilst we would like to explore the possibility of a fully fledged feature for bulk updating customers in the mean time adding the customers email address to the POS Order Line Detail Report in Cloud Reports (https://intelligence.citruslime.com/reports/POSOrderLineDetail.aspx) would allow us to export a list and update all at the same time.
