Issue: Unable to Determine When a Specific Serial Number Entered Inventory

I am trying to determine when the following bike was brought into our inventory:

Serial Number: 344922308000822

Item Number: 10870100037

Item: TROXUS TRAX 750/30Ah PLUS RED-MAROON LARGE

My goal is simple: search by serial number and determine the date that specific bike was received into inventory.

I tried several areas within CL Cloud Back Office and CL Cloud Reports, but none provided the information I was looking for.

I located serial number 344922308000822. The screen shows when a serial number was sold and to whom, but not when that specific bike entered inventory.

Ideally, I would like to see a "Date Received" or "Date Brought Into Inventory" field here.

I next checked View History near the current inventory levels. I can see when the last item was received, but I cannot determine whether that date applies to serial number 344922308000822 or another bike received under this Item Number.

I checked Sales History in case the original inventory date was available there, but I could not find it.

Finally, I checked the Serial Number Report. The serial number appears, but the basic report does not show when that specific serialized bike was brought into inventory.

Requested Assistance

If I've missed the simple solution, please point me in the right direction. 

If the information isn't currently available, I would like to request that a "Date Received" field be added to the Item Card → Serial Number tab and to the Serial Number Report.

The key distinction is that I am not looking for when Item Number 10870100037 was received generally. I need to know when the individual bike bearing serial number 344922308000822 entered our inventory.
