I may be missing a previous post or an existing feature, but I run into this issue often.

When grouping various reports by Dept, Cat, etc. there's no way to then sort the report by any of the columns that are displayed. Obviously when you export to excel, this can be done, but that's an extra couple of steps when you're just looking for info quickly.
