It would be more efficient to see the customer name when searching "Outstanding Gift Certificates Report" instead of having to pull up every single "View Customer Card" until you find the correct one.

In the event a card is misplaced or a gift card was donated to a charity auction so not associated with the winner.

Unfortunately, we don't have this information available within the report at the moment as the data comes directly from our Gift Voucher service. 
We could look up the customer name separately, but I would have concerns about the impact this would have on the speed of generating the report. 
Could I ask why you need to use the report to find a specific voucher? You can view all Gift Vouchers for a customer on the customer page in the Backoffice of Cloud POS, so this might be an alternative way to find a voucher?
