we would also like to know exactly what products have been discounted and for which transaction, currently the "Discount by Cashier" report only gives a total value. We want to be able to identify if there are any discounting issues

any update on this report? as it's been a while

We have been looking at reward points for local clubs and it would have been handy to be able to pull a report based on the reason code of "Club discount"

I think the report needs to show, Date, User, Item ref, Item Name, Price of item before discount, Price paid, Discount amount, Reason code, Transaction number which is a link directly into the receipt for that transaction.

The Report need to be able to be filtered down by Date and stores similar to the margin Detail report.

This is similar to what we had on Cybertill and was very usefull to check who was discounting and reasons why with just a couple of clicks.

We need a report that shows what discount by transaction - ideally this would be in the margin detail report (as it used to be) with discount type and discount amount. There is no where we can access this data at the moment except by drilling individual transactions!

Would be great to understand and implement discount reporting especially for 'Team / Ambassador' discount codes "PER" store - to understand who's bringing in business and enable us to offer better and bigger incentives for those working harder on promotions..

Splitting between in store and online sales would help too.

The negative discounts in the cashier discounts report confuse me too, I don't know what they mean.
